Paulo, Richard, Coro and Wendell collectively known as Sin Ming Boys will be with us ( Rorschacker plus Kaye), at the National Children's Hospital for a "Homecoming Outreach".. hehe This is also made possible through the generous help from friends in Singapore. Thank you! =)October 4th, Saturday, 10:00am, we will be spending worthwhile time in the Pediatric Cancer Ward of National Children's Hospital through the coordination of Give A Life Foundation www.givealife.ph. As usual, Kuya Clown will be present to entertain 40 kids afflicted with cancer. Each kid will be receiving a bag containing art materials, magic slate and a number of toys. And what's party without food? Happy Meals will be served! Yey! :) So please pray for us that we all don't break down and cry infront of these kids and put up a brave front to all of them...hehe.. As I keep on saying.. we don't have much but it fills our heart with joy when we see that we bring delight to children afflicted with illness in the early years of their lives. We may just be bringing joy to them for a couple of hours but we are sure that we will be giving lasting effects to them as much as them to us.I hope we will be able to make them feel that they are just like any other children.. healthy, happy and loved.  
This year, I will be celebrating my birthday in a very different perspective. I, together with three of my friends will be spending an afternoon with special children. For this occasion, we will be supporting The Rehabilitation and Empowerment of Adults and Children with Handicap (R.E.A.C.H), a non-stock non-profit organization based in Mandaluyong.
This organization caters to special children ages 0 - 18 years old with special needs where they are given free therapy, special education classes and other related services needed by these kids with disability. This center has 96 kids with 70 kids active in their therapy and rehabiilitation.
Since this is a non-profit organization and it is in partnership with the local government unit of Mandaluyong, any help or attention given to them will be very much appreciated.
We will be celebrating mass, eat with the children, play games with them, give gifts and of course, what is a party without a clown or a magician! We will also be inviting one (courtesy of Councilor Chie Canlas, gift na raw nya sakin. =) ) for the kids to enjoy and also for those young at heart. Tentative date for this cause is September 20 or 21, 2008.
In line with this, I am also thinking of raising money so these kids can continously receive their much needed rehabilitation and therapy. I am not thinking of big amount. I'm sure with whatever amount that we will raise, will be very much appreciated by these children.
I am calling out to all our friends and family to please support our cause. We believe in these children. We believe each child deserves a future and should not be hindered by their disabilities.

After six long years... nakasakay na ulit ako ng Dominga na jeep! woohooo!!! hahaha   For four years when I was still studying in St. Scho, yan ang aking everyday Rolls Royce.. lalo na nung di pa ako nagmamaneho... nasaksihan nya ang ups and downs ng aking buhay noong ako'y isang kolehiyala pa lamang... at in fairness,, medyo mabilis na sya ngaun,, di tulad noong unang panahon, hindi ka pwede sumakay ng dominga na jeep kapag: - ikaw ang male-late na sa class ,lalo na kapag ang prof mo pa e yung tipong nag la-lock ng pinto pag may nale-late and tapos ung room mo pa e nasa M building..bad trip! - kapag ikaw ay may sundo sa may kanto ng buendia kasi for sure magagalit ang sundo mo sayo.. - kapag masakit ang iyong tiyan kasi tiyak na mag aamok ka talaga... - 9pm ang last trip nya kaya pag ikaw ay na-late, dun kana sa taft sasakay pauwi e maraming masasamang loob dun... at yung tipong tumatakbo pa kmi ni jona nang pawisan at bugbog ang katawan after taekwondo training namen after tuesday and thursday nights for four years para lang umabot sa last trip! - kapag ikaw ay nawiwiwi na kasi panigurado, mumurahin mo ang sarili mo kasi alam mo na ngang matagal ang biyaheng ito, bakit di kapa nag let go before sumakay...Pero pwede kang sumakay dito kapag: (here's my top 3)
- gusto mo mag joyride at ienjoy ang sceneries ng dominga, buendia, pleasure island, pasay road at sabungan (hanggang dun lang ako kasi dun ako bumababa e.. hehe) - kasama mo ang iyong boylet.. quality time ito.. - ikaw ay inaantok kasi for sure.. bago ka pa makababa e nakapag power nap kana!Wala lang,, naalala ko lang bigla ang "dominga jeep days" ko! hehehe
...sitting by the beach with one of your favorite insan.. ...with the sun slightly burning your skin.. ...with a beer in hand.. ... listening to a particular music.. HEAVEN!! Sarap! what's more... after so many years of going to that beach, it was my first time to reach the what they call Paraiso, a big rock 100-150meters off the shore (sorry im not good with distance, hehe).. we walked and swam towards that humongous rock, climbed it and screamed my lungs out before jumping into the water.. Total Fulfillment! hehehe and the only way to climb down that big rock is to dive into the 20feet or so deep water and swim/walk your way to the shore. I've finally done my secret desire: to jump/dive into the semi-deep part of the ocean! hehehe and i'll definitely do it again, and again, and again and still with Mikee! hehe :)

Paulo was starstrucked... Then I had to come running to be starstrucked!hehe and she didn't fail me! hehe We had a good 15 minutes of closeness with Ms. Mikee Cojuangco and bought 2 bag organizers from us because according to her, it has the best prints that she saw for a bag organizer. She was really good at bargaining at buti nakatubo pa kmi sa kanya kahit konti :) Too bad, Kaye and Oda wasn't there... hehehe grabe na-hyper ako after the "Mikee Encounter!" hehehe GO THE SOUK!!!!!
